Returns and refunds?

We only accept returns of damaged items upon arrival, this is so we can repair them for you or issue a replacement usually free of charge. We do not accept "no longer want it" returns as we cannot resell a customised item.  Click here to view our Aftercare blog.

Photo Engravings?

Any images that need to be engraved such as logos, photos, scenary etc can be uploaded to your order after checkout (payment) this is avoid spamming our systems with non order related photos. Click here to view How to upload images to your order.

Sterling Silver?

All our silver and plated items are made from solid 925 sterling silver, we never use brass or aluminium. We do also sell stainless steel and solid gold items but these are clearly labelled as such and are sold separately.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the engraving or any other issue, please feel free to get in touch with us and we will get it right for you. A personalised item is for you and we will strive to make you completely happy with your purchase.

Does Plating
take longer?

Gold or Rhodium plating can add an extra 2-3 days of production time to your order as this is done by another company for us. A thick and durable layer is always provided for this service. 

Why is it so cheap?

We make everything in house, apart from the chains (really complicated stuff chain making is). This allows us to keep prices very low and allow many people to have an often sentimental keepsake. 

Free worldwide shipping?

We offer free shipping worldwide as standard, although we do offer shipping upgrades for those who need an item quickly. UK deliveries usually take 1 - 3 days from the moment your order is confirmed to be dispatched. USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand deliveries usually take 2 - 3 weeks. Everywhere else on the Earth takes about 4 - 5 weeks.
